Whether you're in the newborn trenches, trying to concieve, pregnant, navigating loss, parenting toddlers or teens, doing it solo, being a bonus mom or the favorite auntie, or an empty nester aching for one more bedtime, Ada James is the club for you.
It's 10pm and you're in a rabbit hole. Our community connects you to moms everywhere who understand exactly what season you're in, and you'll hear back from a real mom who's been there. When the information overload hits, our resource library holds everything our members already know, vetted and easy to find.
And because you're more than a mom, Ada James gives you something back: time that's yours. For the girl you were, the mother you are, and the woman you're becoming.

We're building a physical club for moms and like-minded women in Marin County. It's a place where childcare, work, self-care, creativity, and community exist together.
We plan to have:
• co-working space
• drop-in childcare in a playscape curated for ages 0-10, with play guides to engage your child
• self-care services like manis, pedis, facials, massages, scalp treatments, and even a nap room
• creative and enrichment classes, anything from calligraphy to DIY skincare and makeup classes to financial planning for your family
• special events
• an on-site cafe
• bookable event space for birthdays, bridal and baby showers, and company meetings
• concierge services
• planned date nights
• and our virtual community to connect members when they're not onsite
I spent 15 years in B2B tech marketing, working with Google, Twitter, and a unicorn startup, before becoming a mom in the thick of corporate life. Seeing how hard this country makes motherhood, I redirected my career toward businesses that help parents. After being laid off on maternity leave, going out on my own, and talking with hundreds of working moms, one thing was undeniable: there is a serious lack of infrastructural support for mothers. We have no space to reclaim what was once ours, to connect, learn, grow, and be held. When I met Jennifer, I was drawn to her heart for motherhood and her instinct to start dreaming alongside me. We're building Ada James because we need it, and because too many women we know do too.
I spent over a decade building Harmonia, a wellness and social club, from the ground up. I know what it takes to turn a vision into a physical space where women feel seen, supported, and connected. While looking for my next project, I kept returning to an idea that had always interested me: a thoughtfully designed playscape and gathering space for children and moms. When I met Sarah, I recognized the power of her vision immediately. It was a chance to build the support system and community so many women search for and rarely find. I joined Ada James because it felt authentic and necessary. The women we're building this for deserve a space to replenish, create, and connect, and to trust that their children are cared for and engaged. We believe mothers shouldn't have to choose between caring for themselves and caring for their children.
